Who is our Customer

A Germany based company with approximately 2500 employees across multiple locations in Germany facing recruiting issues at their headquartered marketing department and sales department.

What is the Challenge

One of Germany's state capitals served as the customer's office location. The high cost of living and rising wages in this metropolis are well-known. Due to the increased competition in hiring and recruiting, this put our customer under operational strain. It got harder and harder for the customer to find qualified candidates with backgrounds in either marketing or sales enablement. We have been assigned to create a skilled nearshoring team in Kyiv. Key was that the team have a 40% German speaking staff structure to enable daily collaboration.

What is the Solution

With our unique “Evaluate-Build-Test-Run-Stabilise” approach we entered with the customer a 10-year outsourcing contract providing following:

  • Sales Enablement: Growing revenues and managing key accounts, helping the account team identify, qualify, and prioritize sales leads; develop sales strategies and plans; and close sales

  • Pursuit Excellence: Supporting proposals in terms of project management, layout structure, references, credentials, and CV database

  • Business Presentation Design

  • Digital Marketing and Account based Marketing (ABM)
